What is included in the picnic?
Each picnic for two people includes:
Fresh baguette
Selection of French cheese
Quality salami or cured meat
Croissants or pastries
Water
Picnic basket or backpack
Blanket
Cups, napkins & basic picnic setup
Food selection may vary slightly depending on availability.
Where do we meet?
You can choose between two locations:
Champ de Mars (Eiffel Tower area)
Parc Monceau
The exact meeting point will be shared by email after your booking is confirmed.
How long does the picnic last?
The picnic experience is designed to 2 hours.
Do we need to bring anything?
No. Everything needed for the picnic is provided.
We only recommend dressing according to the weather.
What happens in case of bad weather?
If weather conditions are unsuitable (heavy rain or extreme conditions), we will offer:
to reschedule your picnic, or
a gift voucher for a future date.
Light rain or colder weather is not automatically considered a reason for cancellation.
Can we choose a non-alcoholic option instead of wine?
Yes. A non-alcoholic alternative is available upon request.
Please let us know your preference after booking.
Is alcohol allowed in public parks?
Consuming alcohol in Paris parks is generally tolerated.
Guests are expected to behave responsibly and follow local regulations.
Is advance booking required?
Yes. All picnics must be booked in advance.
Availability is limited.
How does payment work?
Payment is required in advance.
After confirming availability, we will send you a secure payment link.
Your booking is confirmed once payment is completed.
Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability.
Payment must be completed in advance to confirm the reservation.
Unpaid requests are not considered confirmed bookings.
Deposit for equipments is 20 eur.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled time can be rescheduled or converted into a gift voucher.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
No-Show Policy
If a guest does not arrive at the agreed meeting point and time, the booking is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
Responsibility
Guests are responsible for the proper use of the picnic equipment.
Any loss or damage caused by misuse may be charged.
Liability
My Paris Picnic is not responsible for personal belongings during the picnic experience.
Participation is at your own risk.
